The Regulator for Social Housing has launched a new system to assess the standard of services and quality of homes provided by social landlords in England.
Under this new system, the council has to send all tenants a Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey, which includes questions about your home and the services you receive from the landlord.
The results of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey aim to give tenants a clearer picture of how a social landlord compares to other social landlords in England, and allow the Regulator for Social Housing to identify landlords which need to make improvements.
We'll be posting a Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey to your home. It only takes around five minutes to complete and there's a pre-paid envelope included so letting us know what you think won't cost you a penny.
And everyone who returns a completed survey to us within the first three weeks gets entered into a prize draw, with £25 shopping vouchers given to the first 20 tenants drawn out of the hat.
Once we have the results of the survey, we'll report back to you on its findings.
