You can report a stray or lost dog by calling our community warden team on (01788) 533857 from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Out of office hours, call 0800 096 8800.

The council homes stray dogs at Dunsmore Kennels for seven days before trying to rehome.

To collect a stray dog, call  024 7654 2566. Fines can be paid with cash or card. Dogs can be collected from 9am to 1pm, and 2pm to 5.30pm.

Proof of identification must be provided before a dog can be released from the kennels' care.

To report an abandoned dog in property owned by another housing provider, please contact the relevant provider.
