To achieve delivery, the CSP sets out strategic priorities based on a range of data assessed by Warwickshire County Council's business intelligence team.
The Rugby CSP has confirmed its strategic priorities for 2025 to 2029, following a detailed assessment of crime trends, community feedback, and risk analysis. These priorities reflect the most pressing safety concerns in the borough and guide the partnership’s coordinated response.

These priorities were agreed by the Rugby CSP Board in March 2025 and will be reviewed regularly to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
The Rugby CSP has structures for both its governance and the delivery of the CSP's strategic priorities.
The Rugby CSP now works with the Safer Warwickshire Partnership Board and other sub-groups to fulfil its statutory duties.
