How to apply
Tacit consent
Tacit consent applies to this licence. This means that you may act as if you have a licence if you do not hear from us within 28 days of applying.

There is no charge for this licence.
Appeals
If you are unhappy with the way that we dealt with your application you should contact us as soon as possible. In certain circumstances you may be able to appeal to a Minister of the Cabinet Office.
