Due to crew availability we will not be able to complete one black (refuse) round on Monday 30 June. This round affects parts of Newbold.
The council has joined the national food hygiene rating scheme.
The scheme applies to all premises which provide food, rating premises between 0 (urgent improvement necessary) and 5 (very good).
Ratings follow an inspection by a food safety officer.
Businesses can appeal against the food hygiene rating within 21 days of the rating being issued.
You can contact the food safety officer who inspected your premises to find out the reasons for the rating, or make an appeal in writing.
Businesses can request a comment be added to the a rating on the Food Standards Agency website. The comment could explain mitigating circumstances or actions which have been taken since the inspection.
Businesses can request a reassessment of a rating. Only one revisit can be made per inspection.
