What is Anglo Doorstep Collections?

Anglo Doorstep Collections is a UK-based company that provides a convenient and free service to collect charity donations of unwanted clothing and small household items right from your doorstep. They rehome or recycling these items, with a portion of the proceeds supporting charities. It's a simple way to declutter your home while making a positive impact.

What can Anglo Doorstep Collections collect?

A wide range of items, including:
•    Clothing (including all textiles, shoes, and linen)
•    Books
•    Small electricals (toasters, kettles, hair dryers, lamps, etc.)
•    Toys
•    Bric-a-brac (ornaments, kitchenware, CDs, DVDs)
•    Hand/Power tools
•    Bags

How does the service work?

1. Book your collection 

Visit Anglo Doorstep Collections directly to book your free collection. You can choose a convenient date for your collection.

2. Prepare your items

Bag or box your items ready for collection.

3. Doorstep pick-up

On your chosen day, simply leave your items clearly visible on your doorstep. You don't need to be home. If you prefer, the driver can knock on your door to collect from inside.

4. Making a difference

Anglo will collect your donations, ensuring they are either re-homed, reused, or responsibly recycled. A portion of the proceeds goes to support various charities.

What about larger items?

Anglo Doorstep Collections is designed for small, easily portable items. They cannot collect large or bulky items like furniture, white goods (fridges, washing machines), or mattresses.

For larger items, please take these to Hunters Lane Recycling Centre or use Rugby Borough Council’s convenient bulky waste collection service.
