Planning Fees

A full list of national planning fees can be viewed at the Planning Portal website.

The council charges for copies of various planning documents - view the list of charges.

To request copies of documents, email rbc.planning@rugby.gov.uk.

Payment

You can pay planning fees online or by calling us on (01788) 533777 from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

You can also pay planning fees at the Town Hall from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

IMPORTANT - if you have submitted your planning application via the Planning Portal please include your Planning Portal reference number with your payment.

Decision Notice - £19.40

A4 miscellaneous documentation (first copy) - £1.20

A4 miscellaneous documentation (subsequent copy) - 11p (black and white) 22p (colour)

A4 Plan - £1.20

A3 Plan - £1.20

A2 Plan - £2.50

A1 Plan - £5.35

A0 Plan - £7.80

A0+ Plan - £10.50
